Kids & Youth Ministry Director

Full Time with Benefits

Immanuel Anglican Church is hiring a new director of children and youth ministry. Our church is passionate about loving and equipping the next generation so that they can run the race that is set before them. Our staff team is a highly invested, joyful group of Christ-followers that works together to pursue our mission.

We are offering a full-time position that would include ministries to individuals from birth through high school graduation, but are open to dividing the position into part-time jobs covering either children or youth.

Immanuel is seeking applicants with:

  • Passion: Applicants should enjoy working with children of all ages and be passionate about their spiritual formation, worship, Bible literacy and mission in the world.
  • Alignment: This position requires alignment with Immanuel’s theological convictions, alignment with the staff culture and alignment between one’s personal life in God and ministry responsibilities.
  • Safety: Applicants must be committed to upholding our safety policies and creating a safe environment for children and youth to grow in Jesus.

Immanuel Staff positions include:

  • Development: All staff receive investment in their leadership development, ministry skills and spiritual well being.
  • Flexible work schedule: Staff are permitted to flex between remote and in-office work and may adjust work schedule within permitted boundaries.
  • Benefits: Full-time positions include health and dental benefits, retirement, paid time off and a technology stipend.

Communications Coordinator

Part Time

Immanuel Anglican Church is hiring a new Communications Coordinator. Our church seeks to communicate within and beyond the church in a way that is inviting, clear and reliable.

We are hiring a part-time staff person to handle the following communications needs of our church:

  1. to create content for our public platforms, including our website and social media;
  2. to coordinate the flow of announcements and information at Immanuel, including a weekly informational email, Sunday announcements, bulletin updates and ad-hoc communications to the church; and
  3. to lead the staff in the creation of key annual communications, such as our annual report.

Our staff team is a highly invested, joyful group of Christ-followers that works together to pursue our mission. Applicants for the position should have relevant skills, be eager to learn and align with the mission and theology of Immanuel.
