HELPING KIDS COPE IN AN AGE OF ANXIETYJoin us for a workshop on November 21
Rates of anxiety among children are at an all-time high. As a parent, how do you balance connection, discipline, and empathy while teaching kids how to navigate the everyday challenges of life?
Join us for a morning of conversation and equipping focused on building skills to help kids cope with anxiety. This workshop will feature a presentation from Dr. Owen Enoch PsyD, Child Psychologist, alongside a panel of licensed therapists.
Refreshments will be provided. A donation of $15 is suggested. Childcare is available up to age 10.
